Before Lux STR Solutions, we watched Central Coast property owners try to do it all themselves: racing between changeover cleans, chasing down linen suppliers, styling listings at midnight before a photo shoot, and still fielding a guest’s message about a leaking tap at 11pm.

That feedback came up again and again: guests had no trouble checking in, and the properties themselves were genuinely beautiful, but it was the tired furniture, worn linen and small styling details that nobody had time to refresh between bookings that quietly dragged the experience down. Ratings dipped not because the home or the host wasn’t excellent, but because keeping the presentation guest-ready kept falling to the bottom of the list. That’s the gap we built Lux STR Solutions to close. One local team handling styling, furnishing, cleaning, linen and guest amenities, so owners can keep the upside of self-managing their property without carrying the entire load, or the upkeep, alone.

Lux STR Solutions was founded on a simple belief: that a holiday home should feel as considered as a boutique hotel, and that owners shouldn’t have to choose between high standards and their own time.

Lux STR Solutions began with a single Terrigal property, when a friend juggling a full-time job with a self-managed Airbnb asked for a hand keeping on top of guest turnovers. One weekly clean turned into linen runs, then styling, then furnishing a second listing: and it became clear how much better her home performed once it was run like a hospitality business rather than a rental. We built Lux STR Solutions to bring that same standard of care to every owner on the Central Coast who wants their property to feel five-star, without having to run it like one themselves.
